Savoy Swing Club presents...

Killer Diller Ball Weekend

Dancers kick loose at the Savoy Ballroom

Mission Statement

Monogramed stands line the bandstand at the Killer Diller Ball

Killer Diller Ball was born in 2005 to the loving parents of Robin Nunnally and Rachael Ries. The original dream behind Killer Diller Ball was to recreate the sensation of walking into a 1930’s/1940’s dance hall. KDB attempts to recreate this experience with great live music, encouraging dancers to take this one night of the year to pull out their best vintage attire, and an “anything goes” Harvest Moon Ball competition!

Over the years this dream has grown into a full fledged weekend, Killer Diller Ball Weekend, and one of the most exciting events of the year, featuring local and national instructors, lectures and a vintage fashions workshop!

This year, Robin Nunnally has teamed up Seattle Savoy Swing Club (and their events coordinator Anna Blair) to bring you the most exciting year yet! The mission behind Killer Diller Ball has always been to present the community with an amazing weekend at an affordable price - so that all ages can afford to come and enjoy this great weekend that celebrates the vintage days of dancing.

Killer Diller Weekend is produced by Savoy Swing Club --a 501(c)3 non-profit, volunteer organization, comprised of PNW area lindy hoppers--in cooperation with the Century Ballroom. All proceeds go to the future development of the Killer Diller Weekend and other Savoy Swing Club educational activities.
